Races unlock after your first visit to the Port Gellhorn Speedway. Once the scene is open, night races on the street circuit pay double — but they also total your car if you crash out, so the higher payout carries a real risk to your garage.
What is the best starter car for street racing?
The Banshee GTS is the best value racer early. It is quick enough to win the first series without any upgrades, which means you can bank the prize money instead of spending it on parts you will replace later.
What does winning the Speedway series unlock?
Winning the full Speedway series unlocks the workshop discount, which halves upgrade prices for every vehicle you own. It is the single most valuable reward in the racing scene, and it applies retroactively across your whole garage.
